Dear All, wondering if you all have flu vaccination for your children or yourself?
If yes, did you experience flu /running nose after the vaccination?
Wondering, why still have this flu symptoms after vaccination? Aren't our children supposed to have immunity and no flu at all?
Flu vaccines are developed by matching the circulating flu strain as much as possible. Sometimes they may not match the flu virus that is circulating (there are hundreds of strains), but it still provide some protection to flu complications. Thats said, the flu shot lowers the chances of getting flu, and if we do get flu, it'll be less severe.
