1st time mum

Dear Mummies, i am very early in my pregnancy as i just found out about it. And in the last few days i have been experiencing cramp like feeling that comes and go in my lower abdominal area. Does anyone also have the same kind of experience and if it's normal?

Yes normal, its our uterus expanding. This will continue until we are 6-8 weeks. But if you see any bleeding then go to hosp asap
