Does anyone experience contraction-pain like after drinking herbal soup during confinement??

This is my Day3 of confinement and I feel like I am going to give birth again 😰 without epidural ~

You will still feel contractions after birth as your uterus contracts and goes back to it's normal pre pregnancy size. Nothing to do with herbal soup or tea.
