My daughter takes an hour to an hour and a half to sleep and wakes up in 45 minutes. How do I set her sleep wake cycles?

I guess, you should always make her sleep when she is totally exhausted. And try and inculcate the habit of sleeping in a little hustle bustle of the home. Because if you develop the habit of making her sleep in pindrop silence, she will wake up at the slightest of sound in the home. So, let your baby do all running and playing around the house, and when you think she has got really tired, then if possible, massage her to sleep. And if you will train her to sleep in a little noise, her sleep will not be so light that she will wake up easily. You can also keep her feet in water for 5 minutes before putting her for nap. This will also ensure good sleep. I remember, as a kid, my mother always used to make us brother and sister dip our feet in warm water before putting us to bed.
