other than doing the chores and the likes, always tell her how beautiful she is. Assure her that you will be there for her and your baby the entire process. mahirap kalaban ang hormonal imbalance. So confront it with empowering words.

I want to point out that house chores are not confined to only for women. it's for everybody.. help her whatever she needs, give her much love

Did most of house cleaning, grocery, dont allow her carry anything except her handbag, let her rest well, comfort her, make her happy

Helped her with the household chores, carried her bags, fetched her home, got her whatever she felt like eating ☺️
