Tail bone hurts when sleeping

Am currently wk 19, any mommies have save issue? When sleep too long with same posture (side and back posture) tail bone area will ache? Need shift position then it will no longer hurt. Not sure if it's the muscle near tail bone that is aching or the tail bone that is aching 🥺#pregnancy #1stimemom #firstbaby #advicepls

is quite common, i have it since 2nd trim. till date im 38 weeks and im still facing the back pain. regardless what position i'm in ( side or back) is still just pain. nothing can be done for this, doctor will only ask you to consume panadol when is pain or u can go for physiotherapy which i didnt as i find is a waste of time.
