Bleeding and am on cruise...

Currently week 10 and am on cruise right now. Just went toilet and realise I have some bleeding. What should I do now? Am really panicking now.

How bad is the bleeding? Is it accompanied with cramping? If it’s really bad with clots please exit the cruise or ask if there’s any medical examiner for pregnant women on board?

    Don’t they have a medical team you can go to for emergency? I haven’t been on a cruise before but you can probably approach them.
