Dehydrated? Dehydration? I’m second trimester.

Currently in my second trimester, but I’m so thirsty. Not sure if I’m dehydrated or not hydrating enough. I’ve been drinking more than 2l a day. There is a lot of saliva and my throat is constantly dry. Is this normal or does this happen to anyone? #advicepls

Hi, it’s normal for us to constantly be thirsty, especially at night. Debating whether 1 sip is worth 3 toilet trips 😂 If you feel like drinking, just drink :)

I would say it is normal because we need to keep the water level inside us too..
