Lost appetite

Currently in first trimester, first start was fine with no symptoms but now getting more to losing appetite and taste bitter. Even getting more sensitive with smell, especially some food make me wanna puke 😭😭 #pleasehelp

Hey mama, Hang in there — have you tried eating more starchy foods like sweet potatoes or biscuits with seeds and nuts? Still get some nutritional value from these — even dark chocolates would help. Space them out into little snacks so that you don’t feel like throwing up…hope this helps.

think that's normal.i also lose appetite during my 1st trimester but slowly gain bk. you will hey more sensitive to the type of smell you may not love. I can eat diff types of fish before pregnancy but during, I cant seems to eat them and ha e to force myself to have some.
