Slightly sharp pain to right lower abdomen (nearer to the hip)

Currently in my 11 week. Been experiencing slight stabbing sharp pain to my right lower abdomen (which is nearer to my right hip) for quite a few days straight. It can be quite tolerating but just wondering if anyone experienced this before too. My doctor just said take Panadol to ease the pain. And also I have been having quite thick and excessive saliva producing right after my meals and whenever I’m about to sleep at night. What can I do to reduce the excessive saliva? #pleasehelp #firstbaby #firsttrimester
