Feeling gross at greens

Currently I'm 6 weeks pregnant. Recently I started to feel gross when I looked at cooked vegetables. I understand tat I need to take more veg for the baby but I just don't feel good about it. Has anyone experienced this? #advicepls #firsttimemom #firstbaby #mommyconcern

It’s fine! I could not stand the smell of green veggies in my first few weeks of pregnancy… it got better later and I am back to my green veggies daily :)

yes haha it’s very normal. i couldn’t even stand salad although it was my fav pre-preg. just eat what you can, start a healthy diet in second trim instead.
