On and off preg symptoms

Currently 6wks, had sore boobs from around week 4 and it peaked last week. 3 days ago, it didn't feel so sore anymore. V worried that loss of boob soreness is a sign of miscarriage.. Anyone faced similar or does your boob soreness last throughout first trimester? ##advicepls

Update: did my 7 week+ scan and managed to see embryo with CRL 1.31cm and hear heartbeat. Had the worse anxiety about an empty sac during this appt. So everyone don't lose faith, what is meant to be will be! 🙏🏻

Hi I also had the same issue. Sometimes is so sore and sometimes it felt like it's gone.. Don't worry too much about it.
