High blood pressure

Currently 8mths preggy. Recently my check up on bp is not good. Quite high. Doc said afraid might go for early labour. How can i avoid high bp? Is it too late?

Sis ni remedy orang melayu. Drink coconut water 1-2 cups daily. Or take 1-2 ts of honey on empty stomach. Insha Allah helps to bring down your bp.
