Should I go to the hospital na ba?

Currently 39 weeks preggy and ganito na interval ng contractions ko within 25 mins. May lumabas na rin kanina na brown and bloody discharge. Should I go to the hospital na ba? I'm a FTM kasi so i don't know if this is a sign of active labor na ba. #1stimemom #firstbaby

When last ie mo and ilan cm kna sis? Lumabas na ba mucus plug mo? If tuloy tuloy na masakit ang contractions need mo na pnta sa hospital para ma check nila.
