Should I go to the hospital na ba?

Currently 39 weeks preggy and ganito na interval ng contractions ko within 25 mins. May lumabas na rin kanina na brown and bloody discharge. Should I go to the hospital na ba? I'm a FTM kasi so i don't know if this is a sign of active labor na ba. #1stimemom #firstbaby

45 mins and may contractions parin. Pinakamatagal na yung 7 mins na interval 🥺

1hr mark 🥺 Mas matagal yung interval pero di parin natigil contractions ko kakaloka not sure if pupunta na ba me ng hospital. huhuhu
