I heard this from a auntie friend… Her son in law did confinement for her daughter in Aussie (she mailed the soup ingredients over) so he is the one cooking. 3 days after having confinement soup, he ended up with fever and nose bleed cause too heaty and 补. 😂 But I think once in awhile should be ok la hahaha.
