baby was not growing well

No cramping or bleeding, but doctor said my baby was not growing well asked to wait next scan. 10 weeks. Do I need to get any supplements? I really want a baby, just things haven't aligned until now. Any success stories with a beginning similar to mine?

My baby’s heartbeat was half the rate than it should and size was one week smaller than it should be during our W7 and W9 scan. Took folic, rest a lot and pumped up protein. I’m now stable in 2nd trimester and all is well. Praying for the best for you!
