Help! Possible cat scratches

Could  these be cat scratches po? My toddler kept going near cats last night. We drove them away and we didnt hear my toddler cry or complain if ever na scratch siya na di namin alam. Im just surprised nang makita ko to this morning. Could these be cat scratches? Baka may nag-aalaga sa inyo ng cats who can identify. And if ever, ok lang ba magpa inject for anti-rabies kahit di sure na sa cats to?Thank you in advance sa sasagot po. #catscratches

If the cats arent yours, lalo na kung mukhang mga pusang kalye, delikado po at mahirap maging kampante.Ang alam ko po, pwede po magpa-anti rabies vaccine as a precaution lang, kahit na walang kalmot o kagat ng hayop. Granted na limited lang rin ang effectivity period nito (6 months? 1 year?). So kung ipavaccine nyo si lo, at least protected rin sya sa rabies for a year.
