The nausea lasts all day... since week 5. For me the Ginger infusion while I eat and sips throughout the day help a lot to control the nausea even if I still can’t imagine eating “normal” because just wanna 🤢!! Eating fresher things, crunchy vegetables with hummus, lots of fruit, Greek yogurt and vinegary things like olives!!
