Yes, the same here. Gets so bad cos it makes you bloated and cranky. I take 10 ML of lactulose every other day, but with that I can still only go once a week like that. Argh. I’ve tried all veggies, yogurt, yakult too.
Maybe. Pregnancy makes our rectum sluggish and narrow for poo to pass. I am drinking yakult now to help. Don’t see much improvements yet 🫠
Ya, Try to include more fiber in your diet. Such as fruits and vegetables. my gyane did give me a list of what i can eat or cannot.
You may want to try eating Yellow Dragon fruit, works for my constipation.
I drink probiotics drinks & able to go toilet almost everyday.
Try prune juice
