contractions or no?

constant backache and pain moved to the front time to time. called Delivery Suite and was told to call again if contraction intervals are 5 mins apart. baby still moving time to time. my pain tolerance is high so the scale of 10 i gave through the phone call was 4/10. told my mum i might even bare the pain if i go to bed. should i stay awake or just sleep until contraction gets intensed? #pleasehelp #advicepls #firstbaby

Hi dear u can download the contractions app. I had the same thing as u and download the app. They will calculate and advise you should u need to go to hospital. The app did asked me to go but as I was not even 37 wks and my pain score is kinda tolerable, i delayed for 10 hrs and when i arrived the hospital i was already 4 cm into labour.

i just slept until contractions woke me up again. started at 4am for me. i slept at 6am-10am then went hospital 😅
