6 weeks pregnant,no yolk sac and spotting for 5 days straight

Hi community, I just had my tvs 2 days ago, then they discovered wala pang yolk sac and mahina heart rate. But 3 days prior dun sa ultrasound, I had spotting until now.Which is already 5 days straight na. Nanotice ko rin na mas frequent na spotting ko like 3-4 times a day hindi tulad ng nakaraang araw once a day lang. I know normal lang yung spotting. But should I be concerned na ba sa situation ko ngayon na frequent spotting? Should I go na ba to my OB? sorry first time mom po, i just dont know what to do
