Fact or myth: New mummies have to wear thick clothing and avoid fans, air-conditioning and even strong natural wind.

Personally I think it's a myth. SG so hot, how to not have fans blowing and natural wind coming in. I still use fan, have natural wind and aircon too. It makes the post partum process more bearable. So far I'm okay. It has been 6 months I last gave birth.
