What helps you clear clogged milk ducts?

My gynae suggested having my husband suck it out as he has alot more strength to and it worked for me

My problem is not clogged milk ducts...I produce very little milk to begin with

Massaging or suckijg it out with tools

Massage but ots dam painful at first.

Depends if my baby wants more milk

I usually bath and cleanse it off
