Can I bao angbao for friend's wedding if baby is under 3mths old?

Cannot attend a friend's wedding this month as I am breastfeeding my newborn and its inconvenient. Wanted to pass angbao via another friend whom told me better not as my baby is under 3mths. Anyone knows if there is such a pantang practice? #1stimemom #advicepls
