Can you treat breast infection with mustard oil?

Haven't heard of mustard oil in the successful treatment of breast infection or mastitis but I know that using castor oil is a popular, tried and tested method. Olive oil, sweet almond oil and aloe vera are also said to work well. Mustard oil is known for its anti-bacterial properties so maybe it might just work for breast infection -- can't find much information about it though.

Breast infection is usually infection within the breast tissue. Some IBCLCs have argued that antibiotics are not necessary, the key is to keep the breast as empty as possible.
