How many calories do you need during second trimester?

Different mummies need different amount of calories. According to their weight, active level etc with an additional of 300 calories on top of their daily maintenance calories if pregnant. So hard to say!

My eyes really cannot see any number amount of calories in each food taken. I think all people also cannot read how many calories in each food because the eyes cannot see haha
