Calf muscle cramp while sleeping
My calf suddenly cramp when i was sleepingšµ i am an active person. I do exercise, walking, yoga hence i dont understand where the pain comes fromš„²š„²

Same. I get this almost every night. Bought compression socks and it helped a abit, but still cramp š„² It said to help prevent water retention too.
