Try to eat Sweets para maging active si baby sa loob for a minutes . Maaaring humiga o umupo tapos himasin ang tyan habang kina kausap si baby , if wala parin within an hours , punta na ka agad sa pinaka malapit ma center or your OB para ma monitor ka agad ang heartbeat ni baby . Maaaring mag request si OB ng Utz to check if okay lang ba si baby sa loob . #TAPstillbirthawareness

You should observe your baby’s movement at least twice a day. Count any movement at least 10movements in an hour, if it didn’t reach at least 10 try to eat something and then continue observing for another hour. If in 2hrs, there is less than 10 movements or no movements at all, contact you OB-Gyne or Midwife immediately. 🙂 #TAPstillbirthawareness

Usually active ang baby natin sa tummy kapag gabi .. kaya pinapayuhan ang mga pregnant women to have a better rest or complete rest para kay baby .. but pag naramdaman nyu na madalang o nabawasan na ang movements ng baby sa tummy ei wag na nating ipagpabukas pa .. pumunta agad sa ob gyne as much as possible to check the condition of the baby .. #TAPstillbirthawareness
