First stay calm, eat healthy foods and pumunta sa OB then pag may binigay na request ng pelvic ultrasound gawin agad para malaman ang heartbeat ng baby if normal at biophysical profile ng baby para malaman if ano ba talaga problema ni baby bat hindi siya masyadong magalaw then dapat 10 out of 10 score mo sa biophysical meter para makasigurado na safe siya sa loob ng tummy mo. Naranasan ko na kasi yan nung nagbubuntis ako sa baby girl namin una magalaw siya then patagal ng patagal nababawasan yung movement niya and then lahat ng yan tinake ko and normal naman lahat at safe naman, dahilan kung bat hindi siya magalaw is naka tali ang leeg niya sa pusod but sinabi samin hindi siya masyadong nakakaalarma dahil marami ng nanay na nanganak na ganon ang baby nila. Then after ultrasound relax sa bahay then kumain ako ng mga masusustansiyang gulay at gatas para sa buntis then by October 17 labor ako ng 11 hours then exact 11:46 October 17 lumabas si baby namin ng safe and healthy, cs nga lang ako pero worth it naman nung nakita na namin siya😊 #TAPstillbirthawareness

If you notice less movement during the day, I suggest drinking large glass of liquid of juice or high-sugar drink spending time in a day to lay down (most recommended by left side) in a quiet and comfortable position where your your baby is usually active. There is a good chance that your baby may move with a hydration boost or by most of the times after having meals, some say that consuming something cold also makes the baby extra active inside too. Just observe and wait until an hour or two to see if your baby's movement becomes more and more noticeable. Now by the time that your baby still doesn't move within that two hours of waiting, it is best to give your healthcare provider or OB a call to assure your baby's status inside of your tummy. First and foremost don't panic, If you think your baby’s movements have decreased in strength or number, contact and ask your midwife or doctor immediately not the TAP app. Do not wait until the next day. There is a good chance that there is nothing wrong, but it is better to take the chance that you may be going in to see your physician over nothing. In some cases, the decreased movement may be an early warning sign of a condition that could lead to stillbirth, so it is absolutely best to err on the side of caution. If you are sure your baby's movements have become less frequent than usual, such as if you've been monitoring kick counts, contact your midwife or ob and follow their advise. #TAPstillbirthawareness

Madami kasing possible reason kung bakit nababawasan yung movement ni baby inside your tummy. If earlier stage nasa development pa lang siya kaya konti yung movement the more you go on the pregnancy mas dumadami or dumadalas mo dapat nararamdaman ang galaw ni baby. Unless nasa latter part ka ng pregnancy 37-42weeks. Kasi mas konti na yung movement ng baby that time kasi nagreready na siya lumabas. Pero dapat every after meal may nararamdaman kang 6 or more movements from your baby para masabing health or walang problema. You can try din na uminom ng cold water and see kung may movement na mararamdaman. If wala its time to consult your doctor and see if you need to be more concern. #TAPstillbirthawareness

Hello mga mommies ang dapat gawin pag nabawasan ang pag galaw ni baby sa tyan ay una wag po tayo agad mag panic. Depende po sa term natin ang pag galaw ni baby. Ang madalas na pag galaw at nasa 2nd term pg dating nf 3rd term sa nalalapit na panganganak at nababawasan na tlaga pg galaw ni baby dahil sya ay lumalaki nababawasan ang space nya. Pero kung ang baby nyo ay nasa 2nd term early 3rd term o maliit lng dapat ay imonitor nyo sya. Himasin nyo ang tyan nyo o kaya press nyo sa taas o gilid tyan nyo para gumalaw si baby. Pag hindi kayo naka ramdam ng pag galaw ni baby maigi nang kontakin ang OB nyo upang agad nya kyo matignan. Be safe mga mommies and congrats.

#TAPstillbirthawareness Base on my experience nung buntis ako, nababawasan yung movements ni baby habang lumalaki yung baby sa loob ng tummy, dahil habang lumalaki sya nababawasan yung space nya sa loob ng tummy at nahihirapan na din syang gumalaw. Lalo na kapag sumasapit na ang kabuwanan, tanging sipa na lang ang mararamdaman mo dahil nakaready na sya sa paglabas at nasa tamang posisyon na. Kaya dapat maging calm ka lang at less worry...., kung may paggalaw ka nmn na nararamdaman sa baby mo. If hind maganda yung feeling mo na wala ng movements sa tummy mo...you have to consult your OB-Gyne.

Ang dapat gawin kapag nabawasan ang movements ni baby sa loob ng tummy ay pumunta or kumonsulta agad sa iyong OB at sabihin sa kanya ang iyong sitwasyon at ang pagbawas ng movements ni baby sa loob ng iyong tummy. Kung hindi naman available si OB, pwede naman pumunta sa Barangay Health Center at kumunsulta agad sa available na midwife at ipacheck agad ang heartbeat ni baby. Bilang mommy, wag agad mag panic. Tayo ang in control. Makinig maigi sa mga advice ng OB at midwife. Huwag matigas ang ulo. Huwag din tipirin ang baby. Importante ang kalusugan ni baby. #TAPstillbirthawareness

But to answer the question, here it goes.. Multiple factors can decrease perception of movement, including early gestation, a reduced volume of amniotic fluid, fetal sleep state, obesity, anterior placenta (up to 28 weeks gestation), smoking and nulliparity. So to make the baby move, eat sweet foods and maybe play music for baby. Have a rest and dont stress yourself. Go to your OB if youre worried.

i-monitor ang galaw ni baby sa loob ng tiyan,. kailangan mka 10 movements sya sa loob ng 2 na oras. kung baba ang bilang na iyon kailangan mo mag sagawa ng ilang tricks para pagalawin si baby.. halimbawa:.. *mag meryenda o ikaw ay kumain,.. * marahang kilitiin ang tiyan,. *tapatan ng may sinding flashlight ang tiyan,.. *humiga at kausapin si baby.,.. * kumanta ka o mag patugtog ng music.. kung naisagawa na ang mga tricks na yun at hindi pa din gumagalaw si baby. kailangan mo na mag punta sa iyong doctor para mabawasan ang agam agam.. #TAPstillbirthawareness
