Update: I asked my OB. She said ok naman yung Lagundi capsules for my cough. Ok din yung ganitong Robitussin, not the DM variant. I also asked if sundin ko na lang ba yung recommended dosage na 10-20mL every 4 hrs, sabi nya "1 tbsp 3x a day ok n un". đź’•
yes po. wag lang yung gamot sa sipon. pero kung sa cough meds mag homemade remedies nalang po kayo para safe.
