True or false: All Bleeding During the First Trimester Means a Miscarriage

I bled a solid mass at 7 weeks. Cried buckets cos it wld have been my third miscarriage. But baby heartbeat was still there! And I was told that mummies bleed for all sort of unexplainable things during first trimester. Just get it checked out but it does not mean it’s a miscarriage.
