Big baby will cause early labour ?

Will a bigger baby come out faster and cause early labour? My gynae said my baby is bigger and I fear that it will come out sooner than the C sect date as I don't like to go through labour pains. Have you had a bigger baby before and did it come out when you expected? #advicepls #firsttimemom
