Is it better to freeze breast milk for 4-5 days or to leave it for the same duration in the fridge before feeding a baby? I know freezing compromises the nutrients in breast milk but will leaving it in the fridge for this long also cause nutrients to be destroyed? P.S. My daughter is a fussy eater who doesn't like the strong smell of breast milk after it's been kept out for a few days.
