Do it slowly and gently... if you are too fast, you might hurt your back or get a fainting spell... Pregnant lady like us need to move more graciously 😅 As our body need to care and support 2 or more lives now😎 Take good care and God bless you and baby!
Hey mama! First congratulations! Second, I’m so glad that you’re so active! Third, it depends on how you bend to pick things. It’s better if you go into a squat than if you bend at the hip. If you feel a little light headed, go slow.
Your fetus is safe in the amniotic fluid and it actually moves when you bend so there's nothing to worry about but do try to squat instead of bending cos afraid it will strain your back.
try not to do it often as there is higher possibility to hurt the back.. if really need to, bend down slowly and hold your back whole bending
