Braxton Hicks or Contraction?

Been feeling like im gg to poop but there's nothing. The feeling of cramping is there. Not sure if its braxton hicks or contraction. I dont want to waste on going to and fro to the hospital. Currently 34 wks. Help pls. #1stimemom

Possibly braxton hicks which is normal. Contractions is more painful and intense and will not go away no matter what you do.
