Benefits of csection

Very fast and easier to mentally prepare myself for what to come (elective csect) as compared to natural where I wld be waiting anxiously for labour. Recovery was a lil longer than natural but I did not have to deal with vaginal pain, csect recovery pain was tolerable, just pop painkillers enough, no prob peeing altho the first 2 days u'll be hooked up to the catheter as u can't get out of bed. My gfs complained abt being looser aft vaginal birth and sex felt diff for them but not for me 😆 Of cz there's the csect scar but ask ur gynae for the cream/spray to prevent raised scar, the scar wld be almost invisible. But then again, I wld still hve chosen natural if not for my baby's big size (3.8kg and I didn't want to risk a hard labour). Not exactly sure why but perhaps it's more 'memorable' to go thru labour and all.
