ive been thru this when i was in firsttrimester.. i dont knw either u muslim or not.. but if u do please read surah albaqarah ayat 2 akhir.. insyaallah it helps a lot and keep on praying.. be calm, rilex, do some exercise like slow walk.. if u wana cry just cry it out loud coz it makes u feel better after that.. but please this is only for temporary symptom of the pregnancy.. please keep on patient and trust me this thing will go away soon.. its all about sabar and time.. big hugs 😊

just ignore ur husband for a while.. just let him play with his games..my husband also did this to me before.. u just keep strong, go out with ur friend and listen to music that u love.. one day he will realize that u r the most important than his games.. be strong!
