it is because you baby's body is still fighting that causes the fever. so need mo malaman bakit nilalagnat si baby to treat it. if 3 days na ang lagnat, it is advisable to consult a pedia to assess and for proper medical advice.
Ganun po talaga kasi ang gamot sa lagnat ay just to treat the symptoms of fever, and not whatever it is that's causing the fever. So hanggat nilalabanan pa ng immune system yung infection, patuloy pa rin ang lagnat nya.
