Before breakfast = less than 95mg/dL 2 hours after lunch = less than 120 mg/dL 2 hours after dinner = less than 120 mg/dL

ask ko lang ung 2hrs after meal, pwede po ba uminom ng tubig sa loob ng 2hrs na yun?
