1) Makan makanan yg berserat (fiber) so senang untuk membuang, bila boleh membuang then you x kan ada masalah sembelit. 2) Makan banyak sayur-sayuran and buah-buahan, especially bayam merah (untuk menambah cell darah merah), pomegranates (untuk kuatkan rahim), ikan (yg x de merkuri or kurang merkuri), ayam (dada and grill). 3) Kurangkan makanan berminyak, bergoreng, jangan makan kulit ayam and bila masak sayur-sayuran boleh guna minyak extra virgin olive oil. 4) Kurangkan minuman berkafein, bersoda gas drinks, minuman manis kurangkan ya 5) Minum fresh fruit juice (homemade), makan yoghurt (a lot of calcium) 6) You perlu bersenam at least 2 to 3 kali seminggu, walaupun you buat kerja rumah pun okay at least you kena berpeluh, tu yg penting. Badan and minda perlu sentiasa aktif. 7) 2 to 3 bulan before pregnancy, start makan folic acid ya. Folic acid helps to increase red blood cells to support the growth of fetus and also the growth of fetus's spine, nerves and brain. 8) Beli OPK test untuk test kesuburan you before bersama. Bila 2 line pekat, you boleh bersama suami anytime between 12 to 24 jam. Sebab ovum hanya aktif dlm badan selama 24 jam at least, sperms akan aktif dalam vagina selama 5 hari so plan properly.
