1 cup a day po ang allowed or 200mg ata ng caffeine. pero hindi lang naman sa coffee nakukuha ang caffeine meron din sa tea and chocolates. if coffee drinker talaga better kung decaf para less ang caffeine. ganun kasi ginawa ko sa 2 pregnancies. yung panganay ko turning 4 years old na, maganda naman brain development. best to consult pa din with your Ob
Sis try to avoid lang muna kasi may effect po yan kay baby, tska try to read more in this app kung anung pwede at hindi may nakalagay naman if bakit 😊
According to my OB before, maximum intake of coffee is just a cup a day but better not to take it during pregnancy.
Bad po momshie kahit small amounts may effect po sa physical and brain development
