Mild pressure and pain

My back and pubic bone hurts I didn't fall and no bleeding. I'm 18 weeks now. Anyone got any idea why is that so?

I didnt know love has a sound until I heard your heartbeat ?

This happens frequently during pregnancy..try to rest as much as u can
