My baby was born with a tooth. Does it need to be pulled out?

I know a few people who have babies born with 2 teeth already. They just leave it as it is. I haven't heard na nagka problem naman sila with the baby. But if you are not comfortable, you may go to a pedia dentist and see what's best to be done.
