When does baby turn head to source of sound out of his sight

My baby is turning 3 mth soon. When i ring a bell out of his sight, he did not turn his head to the sound. Most websites states that baby should achieve this skills at 2 months. But I look through his health booklet and noticed that it stated 95% of baby will turn by 7.5 mths. Should i be concerned? When did ur baby turn their head to source of sound? When does polyclinic check on this skill?

Don't worry too much. 7.5mth vs 3 month is a very big gap in terms of their development. If his hearing was assessed to be normal, he will eventually turn his head at some pt

3 months still too early to do that actually. Since health booklet stated that by 7.5 months majority will achieve this milestone so don't be too worried about it

3 months is still early. Next you will find yourself worrying a lot. I used to be one too. My baby only started to crawl at 9 mths!

3months is still young and he still have a few konths to catch up! I dont remember my 3months old doing anything😂
