Almost 2 months old baby not sleeping during day time.

Hello, My baby is turning 2 months next week and recently he is not sleeping for the entire day and will only sleep at night. Sometimes with carrying, he will sleep but not on his bed alone. Am worried because he went to babysitter's place yesterday and he is not sleeping as well for the entire day. Will he be fine if not sleeping?

babies tend to stay awake if they are uncomfortable. you may want to check if the room temperature is too warm for him, especially these few days of dry spell and external temperature spikes. keep him dressed lightly but if you're worried he'll catch a cold, use a thinner swaddle.

Thank you for the sharing. I'll try adjusting the temperature to see if it helps him in sleeping. Hopefully it does

I agree about the room temperature! my baby used to sleep with my CL , no air con and thick swaddle, keep waking up. when he turn on the aircon, even with thick swaddle he slept very well.
