shoulder dystotia?

My baby suffered a shoulder dystotia. Na trauma yung nerve ng kamay nya nung pilit na hinila ng Dr.para lumabas.ask ko lang kung may chance pang bumalik yung shoulder nya sa normal.and if kung yes,paano po ang treatment?
