Baby dry lips

My baby sleep on air con room and I realize his lips get dry sometimes. I can’t feed him water yet as he is only 3 months old, any tips on how to hydrate the lips? Able to use cotton ball and dap some water on it?

You can give a very small amount of water to hydrate the mouth. Use a clean moist cloth or cotton pad to dab the lips.
