Fever after 6-in-1 vaccine

Baby has fever after 6-in-1 vaccine yesterday. We're advised to give Tempra until midnight only. But baby still has fever (37.9°c) this morning. Anyone had same experience? Please advise on what to do? Thanks #firstbaby #advicepls #1stimemom #momcommunity

Tempra every four hours tapos try din to wipe down baby with washcloth in lukewarm water para magcool down ng kaunti body niya
