mucus in baby pooo

Baby has been pooping with mucus these 2 days. Yesterday was brown and green runny poop even when his usual poop were yellowish and seedy. Today was yellow seedy but with mucus jelly.. Is it normal? Sorry for the pictures...

baby ko din po ganyan,.5months na po cia..sobrang worry po ako kc nasa 6x po cia ganyan magpoop in a day,.nagpa check up na po ako pero wala parin po nagbabago,.first time mom kaya po sobrang worry ko sana ma help nio po ako. TIA
